How can I check my balance?
You can check your balance by using multiple ways. Dial *1345# to check the balance. Moreover, you can listen to your balance by dialing 5588 from your Lebara number. If you are using MyLebara app, open it and check your current balance.
I can’t see the latest recharge in MyLebara app. Why?
When you top up your account, it takes a couple of minutes to update. If it doesn’t appear within a few minutes, call to helpline (5588).
How can I activate my SIM card?
Put the SIM card in your handset and switch it on. Dial 5588 to activate your SIM card by hearing an automated voice.
My SIM card isn’t working. What to do?
If the SIM card isn’t inserted correctly, it shows an error. Take out the SIM card and re-enter to your mobile phone.
When my new SIM card will expire?
If you have purchased a new SIM card and you haven’t used it for 70 days, it will be suspended by the company. If you want to activate the SIM card, add a top-up to it within 14 days.
I purchased a new SIM 3 month ago and now, I am trying to activate it, but in vain. What to do?
If you haven’t added top-up to it for 84 days, it will be permanently blocked. You have purchased it 3 months ago and still you didn’t activate it. That’s why; it has been suspended.
Do I need to pay extra to call to an international number?
It depends on your plan. If you have selected a plan with international minutes, you can use them to cal 41 countries. Otherwise, you will pay.
What if I have spent all free international minutes?
You can get 50 more international minutes in only £3 if you need some more minutes.
How can I know whether my area is covered for Lebara network or not?
