The users of Android and iOS need to follow a few steps given here if they cannot connect to the internet.

  • Remove SIM card from their device.
  • Delete the APN’s previously set in your phone.
  • Switch off the phone and let it be like this for about 20 minutes. Don’t haste to install your SIM card.

It is called the PRL update that will automatically install the relevant APN settings to your device.

You need to delete the current APN settings and re-create a new APN to access the internet and MMS services. For this, follow the steps below.

  • Open “Settings” on your iPhone.
  • Go to the “General” category.
