In case of any difficulties in connecting to the internet, you can add the APN settings manually to get your phone connected to the internet. Have a look at the step-by-step guide;

Internet APN

  1. Click on Menu > Configuration > Personal settings.
  2. Click on the Options > Add new > Web.
  3. Click on the Account name and type AT&T Internet and save it
  4. Press the Homepage and type http://m.google.com and save it
  5. Click Use pref. access pt. and then tap “no”
  6. Click on Acc. point sett > Bearer settings
  7. Click Pack. Data acc.pt. And type in us.at&t.mobi, and save the changes
  8. Username: default
  9. Password: default
  10. Now, press the back button consecutively for three times.
  11. Press and hold on the network name and choose“AT&T” and activate the settings.
  12. Now, tap on “Default Config. Sett. And then click on Personal Config.
  13. Save all the changes and you will be connected to the internet.
