However, you need to add a set of specific values that are called “Access Point Names.” This set of values is required to access the wireless internet and MMS settings of a certain wireless services provider. The frequencies of Total Wireless network are different for 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE.

2G Network Frequencies: CDMA-850, CDMA-1900

3G Network Frequencies: CDMA-850, CDMA-1900

4G Network Frequencies: LTE Band 25 1900, LTE Band 13 700, LTE Band 4 1700/2100, LTE Band 2 1900*

The frequencies for the 4G LTE network may vary countrywide.

Go to the “App List” in your handset.

I have activated a new SIM in Total Wireless. I have entered the relevant APN settings to my Android handset too. But still, I am unable to access the internet. What should I do now?

You need to connect to a Wi-Fi. Open settings and tap “General” category from here.

You will see “Software Update.”

You need to install the updates. Restart the device and now try to connect internet and MMS.
