FAQ

I have added the accurate APN settings in my handset, but still, it does not access the internet or MMS. What to do?
Make sure that you didn’t miss a comma, dash or any dot between the values given in the APN settings. For example, you have to put the values “193.35.133.150:8080” and you put like “193.35.133.150.8080” it will not work. Check the APN settings.
I have used your APN settings in my Android handset. It is not working. I have checked the settings twice.
You need to restart the phone once you have saved the settings. The option “Save” only saves the settings. It does not apply them. When you reboot your device, the settings will be applied and you can access the internet and MMS.
I am uploading some family photos, but the uploading speed is critically low. What would be the reason?
Of course not. It may be due to some other reason. Make sure that you are present in the region where TPO supports 3G/4G LTE network. You also need to check whether your mobile’s airplane mode is off.
I have put the correct APN settings, but my phone is still unable to access the internet and MMS. Why?
As you know that the APN settings are case sensitive. You need to check whether you have put a value like “MMS” instead of “MMS” in any field. are case sensitive APN settings. If it is so, your system will not consider these APN setting. So, recheck your APN Settings correctly.
