Make sure, you are typing the right string in the right box. The capital and small letters can also make a big difference. If you have to put the phrase “telstra.iph” in the MMS and Internet Settings, don’t try to put it as “TELSTRA.IPH” or “Telstra.iph,” etc. Put the correct string in the same case.
